As a team leader, I want to be able to to create a review forms that I can use when scheduling a "Form" step type review to a team member

Team Leader

How To

Team Leader can select which review form they would like the team member to complete as part of their review process. Team Leader can create the review form on the CPD Form Builder page.

Team Leader can click on ‘CREATE REVIEW FORM’ to build a new review form for the review process.

In the form builder, team leader can add fields for the team member to fill in.

If they want to edit the details of a field or duplicate or delete a field, they can click on ‘EDIT FIELD’.

Once the review form is completed, click on the ‘SAVE’ button and the review form will be ready for selection in the Review Process Workflow builder page.
